About Me

Hello there, I am Kristian Tijben, the Game Master of Guide’s Tavern. I have experience in quite a variety of roleplaying games, which is ever expanding, and run for a couple of groups on a weekly basis. My experience as a GM is aided by a past of amateur theatre and an interest in writing. Thus, my playstyle is a combination of a solid story and quick improvisation. I am a strong believer that the ultimate purpose of roleplaying games is that the game is fun for the entire table. This includes the players, but also the game master, something I find is quickly forgotten. Therefore I have created this website, to help both players and game masters alike improve their enjoyment of this amazing hobby, so that we are all excited to continue what we’ve started.
